Welcome to Veggie Vinyasa! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I’m Angela, yoga-lover, veggie enthusiast and new mama to Baby Max.

More about me:

At heart I’m a Florida gal who loves sunshine and barefoot yoga on the beach, but I can’t resist an adventure. I spent the last eight years exploring NYC & Philly while studying and working as an elementary school teacher. Now I’m nesting in the woods of South Jersey with my hubby and our little baby where I’m learning to embrace the “country” life.

I want to learn how to garden and I have an obsession with mason jars. I used to be a take-out queen, but now I know better. I’m learning to cook and trying to pare down with excessiveness in all sorts of ways. I’d love to get rid of clutter and simplify, but somehow I have 30 tank tops from H&M stuffed into one overflowing drawer.

My passions are yoga (I’m a certified teacher), healthy delicious food and traveling. I will happily hop on a train, boat, bus or plane to discover a new place. I’m very spontaneous and always up for a quick get-away.

Veggie Vinyasa is about finding the joy in life. It’s also about making healthy choices that bring pleasure instead of sacrifice. I would love to learn more about vegan cooking, natural beauty products, green living and anything else that is fun and cruelty-free. I am open for questions, comments and suggestions.

Since you are looking for cruelty free stuff..you should check out 100percentpure.com. Thats the company my sister works for. All of the lotions, soap, and even makeup is all natural, cruelty free, and free of chemicals. Ive been loving it so I thought Id spread the word on here.

  2. Yay, another veggie blog! I cut out meat for the first few months of 2011 … I’m currently back to eating meat sparingly, but I felt so much better when it was cut out completely that I think I’m going to go vegetarian again. Thanks for stopping by my blog! (And I am totally crushing on your scarf in that picture!)
