One of my Philadelphia-based yogi friends has created a 30 minute free YouTube yoga practice. It’s an Ashtanga-based Vinyasa flow. For those said read that and went, huh? In English, it’s a vigorous class that will stretch you out and probably make you sweat. I did it the other day and it was awesome, although full disclaimer; I did pause it and take an extra 5 minutes for savasana, otherwise known as final resting pose.
