Another day, another panini. Can you say obsessed?

Do you have any current food obsessions?
Mine’s the panini press. Last weekend I made an easy gourmet version of pb&j: sliced peaches, almond butter and maple syrup on wheat. My friends were pretty impressed and said it felt like they were eating something from the Paula Dean kitchen. The next day we made a quickie version of today’s post: avocado, tomato, pesto and balsamic vinegar. Yum!
