I love preparing healthy delicious meals ahead of time to bring with me, but we’ve all had the moment where it was the drugstore or nothing. Well not exactly nothing, I guess there’s always fast food. What I found at the drugstore was way better than a Burger King breakfast:

Milk-free espresso in a can, fiber-licious granola bars, almonds, prunes & water

M made fun at first, but then couldn’t keep his hand out of the prune bag. I told him to be careful…there’s such thing as too much of good thing.

What do you grab from the drugstore or gas station in a pinch?

  1. Nice. It always helps to know where we can getting healthy ‘fast’ food options. Especially during the quick traveling summer months.
