A no-coffee pumpkin latte
This refreshing pumpkin latte kind of reminds me of India’s mango lassi; cool, crisp, just a tad sweet and totally refreshing. The ingredient list is short, and all you have to do is blend away. My version uses almond extract, maple syrup and about five ice cubes. Michelle suggests almond or vanilla extract, but if you’ve got it the almond makes it extra special.
My sweetener of choice
One can of puree makes about 5 smoothies…breakfast beverages for the week. Yum!
