Three Ingredients

I had an early morning flight on Friday. Thursday night I threw an avocado, two tomatoes and a few slices of bread into my carry on bag. Walla…breakfast for two.

Fresher than an airport fruit cup

Add one juicy plum bursting in the (thankfully plastic) bag and it’s a complete meal. Yum!

Do you bring your own food when you travel?

Sometimes. I’ve never brought sandwich ingredients, but it was too early to make it at home. Plus it killed some time waiting to board and the avocado stayed green.
