Breaking Fast

Fresh juice first thing in the morning

I followed a monodiet yesterday and the day before. Today I decided to break it by eating light. I started this morning with fresh juice made from carrots, celery, cucumber, cabbage and an apple for sweetness. It was definitely vegetable-y tasting, but after two days of mung beans and rice it was a welcome burst of flavor.
