The other day my smoothie experiment turned out deeeeelicious. Here’s what I did:
Place 1/4 cup of rolled oats in the blender. Blend into a powder. Add the following ingredients:
- one frozen banana
- one cup unsweetened almond milk
- two tablespoons almond butter (organic & unsalted)
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- dash of vanilla
Blend and enjoy!
