Yesterday was a long day filled with written exams and hours of yoga practice. In the end my teacher training class celebrated as we finished the final steps of our 200 hour certification. We were full of joy and hope, knowing that graduation was just the beginning of a new path. I feel so blessed that I can learn from such radiant and inspiring teachers. Thank you Dhyana, John, Jordanna, Alex and Justicia. Thank you to all my new friends for your love and support. It was an honor to practice and grow together.

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” -John F. Kennedy

  1. Congratulations! The end of YTT is so emotional, but the possibilities are endless! I love the shoe photo, BTW. 🙂
